Medication lost in Newcastle

Police are issuing a warning to not take medication if found in Newcastle and to hand it in to police.

The warning comes after officers received a report of medication being lost in the Clayton Street area on Thursday evening, August 10.

Officers believe that any of the medication could be very dangerous if taken without prescription.

It is:

Tramadol 50 ml, 56 tablets

Gagapentin 300 ml,  30 tablets

Miritazapine  45 ml

Lansoprazole 50 ml

Thyromine 100ml, 7 of each.

Anyone who finds the medication is asked to hand it in to police or contact 101 quoting 1186 10/08/17.
