To clarify I would want to know how many burglaries were committed within a particular year  were later detected.

I would want to know the number of burglaries committed within a particular year, how many remain undetected within that year.

I would like to know how many people were prosecuted for burglary within that year regardless of the date the burglary was committed.

The same for fixed penalties and reprimands.
