Provision of information held by Northumbria Police made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the 'Act')(FOIA)
Thank you for your email dated 10 January 2012 in which you made a request for access to certain information which may be held by Northumbria Police.
As you may be aware the purpose of the Act is to allow a general right of access to information held by a Public Authority (including the Police), subject to certain limitations and exemptions.
Can you tell me how many accidents involving vehicles in police station car parks took place in 2011.
Can you give me details of what the vehicles were, how the accidents happened and what the damage to vehicles cost to repair for that year.
For example POLICE CAR INVOLVED IN ACCIDENT WHILE REVERSING INTO CAR PARK SPACE. DAMAGE £2000. STEWART STREET POLICE STATION, GLASGOW. 01/01/2011.
Can you also include if members of the public were involved and if there was any compensation paid (or if any is pending).
Can you also supply answers for the above questions for the years 2010 and 2009..
